- Improves the quality of child care in both child care centers and family child care homes through technical assistance, training, mentors, grants, and opportunities to improve child care management skills.

WAGE$®, Child Care Services Association
- Provides salary supplements to child care teachers, directors, and family child care providers for maintaining continuous employment in their current child care program and improving their education.

Child Care Scholarship Program, Child Care Services Association
- Provides funding for child care tuition costs for low-income families who need child care to work, look for work,or attend school. Higher rates are paid for childcare providers operating at higher quality standards.

T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood AmeriCorps, Child Care Services Association
- Provides release time for teachers to acquire educational goals and support language/literacy skills among children attending child care.
