Case Management and Family Support, Interfaith Council

  • Serves homeless families with young children and those at risk of homelessness by providing crisis management and family support services.

Bilingual Resource Coordination, Piedmont Health Services

  • Improves access to services for Spanish-speaking families by coordinating community resources and providing communication services for families.

Family Reading Workshops, OC Literacy Council

  • Provides reading workshops to parents and caregivers of young children to encourage reading to their children on a daily basis.

Families in Focus, O.C. Health Department

  • Delivers intensive home visiting services to high-risk families with young children, ages 0-3, to support positive child development and parenting.

Horizons Child Health, Horizons at UNC Chapel Hill

  • Provides parent education and support and a 4-star child care program to pregnant women and mothers who are enrolled in the Horizons Program for substance abuse treatment.
