Smart Start Program Evaluation Report
2008-2009 OCPYC Evaluation Report The Partnership is committed to regular evaluation of its work to monitor and ensure program effectiveness. The 2008-09 OCPYC Final Evaluation Report - presented to the Partnership's Board of Directors in September - is an important component of this evaluation. Featuring a funding overview, demographic summaries and individual reports about each of the programs supported by the Partnership with Smart Start funding, the report demonstrated high levels of achievement in virtually all projected outcomes. Collectively, 49 of 51 expected outcomes across our 17 funded programs were achieved. These 17 OCPYC-funded programs also engaged in collaborative relationships with 112 Orange County agencies, representing more than 139 programs and organizations. Finally, consumers of Orange County Smart Start services expressed high levels of satisfaction with the services they received. We are very proud of the hard work being done by our Orange County community partners. With additional data collection and reporting scheduled for the 2009-10 fiscal year, we are expecting more great things for the coming year.
