New parents: Schedule your Welcome to the World visit!
The Orange County Partnership for Young Children extends a warm welcome to your new little one and congratulations to your family. To help parents and their children get off to a healthy start, Emergency Management Services of Orange County (EMS) offers a free visit for a home safety check-up to help you provide a safe space in which your baby can grow and develop. Call 968-2050 to arrange for a free safety visit by an Emergency Management Technician. The EMT will test the temperature of your bath water, test smoke alarm batteries, provide a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, or fire extinguisher when needed. They will also provide safety information and a First Aid Kit.
